Pickup only: Médina (Dakar) or Banjul
- We do not deliver to home addresses. All orders are picked up from our partner in Médina, Dakar (Senegal) or Banjul (The Gambia).
- Ready in 3 to 8 weeks from the day you order. Most orders are ready in 4 to 6 weeks.
- Shipping to the pickup point is free. It is already included in the price.
- At checkout, enter your full name, your WhatsApp number, and the city you will pick up in (Dakar or Banjul). The street address you type is not used for delivery.
- When your order arrives, we message you on WhatsApp with the pickup details.
- To pick up, bring your order number and a photo ID matching the name on the order. Someone else can collect for you if you tell us their name on WhatsApp first.
- Please collect within 30 days of our message. Orders not collected after 30 days may be cancelled without refund.
- Customs: if customs in Senegal or The Gambia charges duties or taxes, the buyer pays them. Most small orders are not charged.
Delivery Protection (up to $20 per order)
Every order includes Delivery Protection worth up to $20 USD per order.
What is covered
- Lost package: your order has not reached the pickup point 60 days after you ordered.
- Damaged or wrong item: reported at pickup, before you leave. Please open and check your item in front of our partner, who will take photos.
What we do
We reship the item or give you a refund or store credit, up to a maximum of $20 per order. If the item cost less than $20, we cover only what you paid for that item.
Rules
- Once you sign for and collect your order, it counts as received. Claims for damaged or wrong items after you leave the pickup point are not accepted.
- Lost-package claims must be made between day 60 and day 90 after your order date.
- One claim per customer every 6 months.
- Delays within the 3 to 8 week window are normal and are not covered.
- Not covered: orders not collected within 30 days, packages held or refused at customs, unpaid customs duties, change of mind, or wrong size chosen.
- We do not accept returns of opened or used beauty, makeup, hair or personal-care items.

Retrait uniquement (Français)
- Pas de livraison à domicile. Toutes les commandes sont à récupérer chez notre partenaire à Médina (Dakar) ou à Banjul.
- Prêt en 3 à 8 semaines. Le transport jusqu'au point de retrait est gratuit et inclus dans le prix.
- À la commande, indiquez votre nom complet, votre numéro WhatsApp et la ville de retrait (Dakar ou Banjul). L'adresse saisie n'est pas utilisée pour la livraison.
- Quand votre colis arrive, nous vous contactons sur WhatsApp. Apportez votre numéro de commande et une pièce d'identité.
- Merci de récupérer votre colis dans les 30 jours suivant notre message, sinon la commande peut être annulée sans remboursement.
- Douane : les droits ou taxes éventuels sont payés par l'acheteur.
- Protection jusqu'à 20 $ par commande : colis non arrivé au point de retrait 60 jours après la commande, ou article abîmé/erroné signalé au moment du retrait, devant notre partenaire. Une fois le colis récupéré, il est considéré comme reçu.
